welcome to the new and improved website. the version number is probably incorrect because i have not been keeping track properly. a lot of the old layouts are Somewhere but they're not easily accessible so i haven't bothered to screenshot and save them. anyway. this layout is pretty much just a new and accessibility-improved version of the old one.

some of the content has also been reorganised so that it fits on the menu instead of sub-pages. some pages have been renamed to fit their purpose better. (mostly 'reading list' which has become 'media'.

i have finally updated the site to use more or less proper syntaxing! there are some random div elements because i haven't figured out how to classify some of the bits. i don't think most of my writing would be an article and a lot of it could be a section but i dunno. for now this is the content div and that's-a-it.

this website is STILL not built FOR phones. but because i actually use it on my phone sometimes (mostly to look at the links on the bookmark page or to check books i wanna rec friends irl on that same page) i went and made the menu usable on smaller screens.

the website will continue to be a bit of a horror show in responsivity but unforch my friends read it on their mobiles instead of computers and i want them to have An Experience. i can't say it'll be a good one, but at least it shouldn't be unusable.
