copyright

a word about copyright. as a professional artist i expect to be compensated for my work... for the most part. i also do art as a form of activism and as community enrichment.

in an ideal world i wouldn't have to charge for art. in an ideal world we could live without wage labour at all. but unfortunately we aren't there yet.

forbidden use

you're not allowed to use any artwork i've created and published on this website without my explicit permission, in any way or for any reason. this includes my original website graphics. if you'd like to use my art in a non-commercial projects just ask me! if it's a cool project i'll probably say yes.

permitted use of the material on the site

you're allowed to use and reproduce my writing non-commercially with attribution. similarly, you can use my code. it's not particularly clean code so i would not recommend it. but if you do credit me, you can do that, that's fine. an of course you can use the content from the workshop area.
